Handwritten into a single line drawing of this adorable giraffe are the wise words of author George Eliot, "You are never too old to be what you might have been." Next to the artist's initials is the number 19, indicating that the full quote was written nineteen times into the outline and spots of the giraffe.  This is a 3.5" x 5.5" archival digital reproduction of the original with no changes from the original size -- meaning as tiny as the words are was how it was written by hand!  Matted to fit 8" x 10" frame.
